And all this propaganda about having to drink large amounts of water every day actually comes from the bottled water companies.
Drink when you're thirsty, and then tap water is fine if you live in a developed country.

Hi all,

We often hear that it is important for good heatlh to drink lots of water each day, but is some water better than others?

The highest quality, most pure water is that which has been filtered by reverse osmosis. Distilled and purified water are also excellent. Tap water is cleaned but not very pure, and often, nor is bottled spring water.

Check labels or invest in a product or system to maximize your healthy efforts!
