Welcome Colleen,

I am glad you found the program. It is self guided and best on Cognitive Behaviour Therapy.

I think many people can relate to what you are saying. Going to therapy can be time consuming and expensive. This program is not expensive but it still does require an investment in time. Aiming to read a chapter a week is a great goal. Be sure to complete all the homework and you are well on your way. Have you had a chance to get started yet? If so, what changes have you noticed?

Hi Colleen - I am also new and have been putting off talking to a professional due to time restrictions as I am trying to not take time off of work to get help. I feel more comfortable online.

I have had anxiety in the past but most recently it has been spiked from an incident at work and now I feel worse than I ever have. After taking the depression test I was surprised to find out that I scored in the severe range.

I just started this program today - I am hoping it will be successful!

So I've been dealing with anxiety and depression for almost 2 years. I don't know how this will help but its worth a shot. Anyone else put off talking to a professional because of the amount of time and effort that you need to put in? It can be SO expensive - and hard to get to. It took me awhile to start. but im glad I have - not too scary anymore, just an inconvenience. Maybe online will help get feelings out of me
