I've been working through the sessions for a couple of weeks now & figured I should post an introduction on the forums. I've likely been suffering from depression & anxiety for most of my adult life, but had a major breakdown almost 2 years ago that required me to take some time off work & have been on a few different medications with varying degrees of success since then. After my latest stumble I decided to look into therapy & decided to give this a try. So far so good, even though it needs an update on a technical level I'm getting a lot out of the sessions. I don't have a working printer right now so I can't use any of the forms, but I've found some apps on my phone that help with that.
