Hi David....I had issues with session 1 as well, I don't think there is a way to go back to review the material for that one. I'm in my second week now and I can review Session 2 material by clicking on the 'progress' tab on my session diary, but not session 1.  You can view all the samples for the forms (activity tracker, etc...) on the session diary main page as well.

Hi, it's David again. Is there any way to go back and re-read the session one materials? I'd like to see that sample 'Activity Schedule' again and see how to fill it out. Thank you.

Hi. I'm David and this is my first post. I've read the first session materials and I've printed out copies of the 'Activity Schedule' and the 'Mood Tracker Monitoring Form'. Today, December 13, 2014, will be the first day of my first of the 16 weeks. But I really don't know what to do. I guess part of this is my anxiety and wanting to do things the right way to get the most out of this program. Can someone let me know if - for the first week - I'm just to fill out these forms? Any help would be really appreciated. Thank you.
