This is a great program. I've read it over a few times myself. Reading it is a good start but the homework is important. Like we tell all the members it takes hard work to change the way we think - the tracking and homework is essential.

I am well, very happy where I am now. Great group and great place to be. They are incredibly supportive and appreciative here. See myself here for quite a while.. I came back because of course I am aware of the program and looking into things on a personal nature.
