Welcome Jenna8090,

It sounds like you are taking on a lot - we can help support you through this. You are not alone.

This program can help you take control of the depression but you may also want to look into resources for family members of people who have mental disorders and possibly resources for caregivers. There are other resources out there that can help.

This program is based on Cognitive Behaviour Therapy principles, it is intended for individuals who have mild to moderate depression. Start with Session 1 and take your time working your way through. It does take time and hard work but many people who put the work in see results.

I'm Jennifer. 29 yr old me. Depressed, it onsets when I have to manage my family and their schizophrenic/bipolar psychosis. Large issues with them lately and its increasing my depression and anxiety. Was searching for ways to work through it and found this website.
