Greetings everyone.
I've stumbled upon this website after reading about it in another forum. I think that I will give it a try and hope that it will help me in my quest to improve my life.
I am recovering from a long period of alcohol abuse and am currently participating in an online self help group using REBT behaviour therapy.
My goals are of course to abstain from alcohol, develop a more positive outlook, and to succeed in life in general.
I think that I currently am fortunate in that I have a good job, able to advance with effort, no pressing relationship issues, and reasonably good physical health.
Looking forward to getting to know everyone.
