Hi, I just joined the program yesterday and I am hoping it will work for me. I was diagnosed with depression about a month ago and just recently decided to go on meds after I assaulted a fellow classmate (in class and in front of the prof). I have been in counceling ever since I was diagnosed. I am hoping that the daily activities of the program will help me to become aware of my behavior so that I may focus on treating my depression and returning to a normal college student.
