I know exactly how you feel i must say though i am starting to get a bit better i have been seeing a psychologist for 4 months i am just finding myself being able to get some control over some of my compulsions it is so hard but i wanted you to know there is hope.Have you tried CBT?Gabbi.

I used the light bulb icon because that is me, my light buld is always. My mind is always turning day and night. It is hard to sleep and enjoy life when you are always worrying. Trying to always find peace with my thoughts.
