One big motivation is having the experience that CBT really works.

That is very true Eleveno. It does take work for CBT to work. How were you able to stay motivated to stick with it?

It is incredible. I really have the tendency to depression. I no longer take antidepressants, and after a little time without CBT, depression starts doing some tricks. It seems CBT works great in my case for relapse preventation, but sometimes I feel alone with it because very few people use it. I think a possible reason is that CBT requires some work and it is not simple: 2 powerful roadblocks for the widespread of this therapy.
