If you fear riding the train…
• Go to the train station and walk around outside for ½ hour
• Go to the train station and walk around inside for an hour
• Go to the train station and sit inside for an hour
• Go to the train station and watch the trains for an hour
• Ride buses for 2 hours
• Go on a short train trip with a safe person
• Go on a longer train trip with a safe person
• Ride the train to a specific city with a safe person
• Repeat the last two steps alone
