Welcome. This site has helped me. I have major depression rather than bi- but lows are lows I guess. Sometimes people are a little slow to respond but don't let that discourage you. Talk to you soon. - Kendy

Hi everyone, I'm new to the site and would really like to get to know people, and build up an online support group. I am a 23 year old that was diagnosed with bipolar about 10 years ago. I was stable untill last October, and I tryed to commit suicide. I spent about a week in a hospital. After I got out, I really wanted to change my life and get on the right track. I know I have reasons to live ( like my kiddos) but I really want to be the best I can, and well, be as normal as I can. I hate feeling like an outcast because of my disorder. I found this site, and I think it looks like a great place to help me work on my problems. I hope to meet people, and maybe become friends with some of you.I really believe that we are the best people to talk to, and we give the best advice, since we have been there. Thanks. Cameo
