Summer Check-In

i'm new to this level of anxiety that i've experienced all summer.. when i was a kid my anxiety was pretty mild, this summer it was out of control.... i would be in a grocery store line having a panic attack in a dressing room havin a panic attack, i was worried to be home alone with my kids--that was huge for me cuz they were home all summer, icouldn't take them  anywhere unless my hubby was around which made me feel so dependent and depressed with my self.. i've been taking xanax as needed but i feel a sense of defeat every time i take it like this idiotic anxiety won again, i'm just ashamed of who i am now....it hurts
