Daylight savings time

I'm not a big fan of "springing forward" or losing an hour of sleep.  I was enjoying it being light in the morning when I go into work.  My shifts start at 07:30 and I since I am NOT a morning person...it is easier to get up and going when it's daylight in the morning.  I know it will eventually get to a time where it's light when I get up....but alas.

Do others feel disoriented after we change time? I feel out of it. Statistics show there are more automobile accidents too.
