Hi Ashley,
I think I had to rehaul my life, after I found I was spending so much time being self-absorbed, after I left work.  But then I had more time.

I think we have all done that at one point or another. How are you able to catch yourself once you blame the wrong thing?

I wonder if anyone has found that you attribute medical causes to things which aren't caused by an illness.  It's like blaming the wrong thing?
 
Sometimes I'm looking for solutions in the wrong places, I think.
