positive affirmations

14 years ago 0 420 logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo 0
I have some favorite affirmations of a spiritual nature that I would like to share that have helped me and continue me on a daily basis.

1. The poem footprints in the sand
2. The Twenty-Third Psalm
3. I will not leave you or forsake you
4. This is the day the lord has made I will be glad and rejoice in it.

I'm pretty sure we all know my thoughts on this.  ANYBODY ELSE?

Hi Sweatbee

I''m a big fan of affirmations and got into it through the "feel the fear" book I mentioned before Susan Jeffers has a web site and you can download her affirmation booklet which also gives their deeper meaning.  I have a list of affirmations typed onto a page which I have stuck on the kitchen wall and I randomly pick one and thats my one for the day.  I find them very uplifting

        Hi all,

I just wanted to talk about these positive affirmations CD's I've been useing
they seem to really help, I'm so used to hereing my own inner self talk which
is more on the negative side, but when I listen to the cd's it blocks the
self talk. I listen to them while I'm doing other things but I still here the
positive messages in the backround. I took them with me this past week to
the doctors office (which I hate to go to) and I listened to them while
I waited to have some test run, they helped block out the scary thoughts.
you can even make your own recording of possitive affirmations. has anyone
else done this? I think it's helping replace the old negitive ones with new
possitive ones. I can say I had a better week. Hope to here from others about this.
