Cherie, Welcome to the Panic Center! This is a big life change and it's normal to feel anxious. Please start working through our CBT program and reading through our forums. Both are great ressources that can teach you about panic and your panic cycle. Through your work in our CBT program, you'll learn valuable skills that will help you begin managing your anxiety. Hang in there, reinforcements are here! If you have any questions, don't hesistate. Danielle ____________________ The PC Support Team

Well, I really wouldn't know much about being pregnant but i know about panic attacks and anxiety. All i can really say to you for now until people with more suitable experience to help you come online is that you will be ok. Hang in there. You should take time to explore this website. It has many tools that can help you. The CBT program is awesome. It is a twelve week program filled with information and tools that can really help you whatever the reason that set off your panic. I suggest you give it a try, it really helped me a lot. Anyway, Some people who have been pregnant before will come along to answer you better soon I am sure. But hang in there, my thoughts go out to you, I know panic attacks feel really aweful and feel free to write in here and vent and share your thoughts with us we are all here to help and support you as best we can :) -Diva
