New person here. My issues are not severe but due to some personal issues I started to have a lot of anxiety. After delving further I kind of realized that I have had a very mild form of anxiety for a logn time. I have noticed I avoid unfamiliar situations, at parties I don't enagage, etc... Well I have also noticed in times of stress all these symptoms get magnfied 100 x's. Anyway I just wanted to introduce myself and say I am lookgin forward to improvements as I follow the program
