Great support! Continue on with the program! Yes, it is constructed to help you move at your own pace. Challenging your thoughts will help you progress and succeed and you should take it step by step. Use the journal to help put your thoughts and emotions on paper. It is a great tool to help guide you and look back to pinpoint areas to work on. Hope this helps, Josie ______________________________ The Panic Center Support Team.

Hiya Madara^^ I was wondering if you had tried other exercises then the hyperventilating. You never know, maybe one of the other exercises proposed could produce the wanted effect? I really have no clue.I was just throwing that out there. As for going ahead with the program, well session 10 is very interesting and not too heavy. Also, I think this program is made so we go at our own pace. I fail to see how you following your natural rythm is bad.But I am sure the support specialists will have a better and more accurate response for you :) Have a nice day.

My thread (was or still is I don't know :D) hands tingling. So I was concentrating on exercises which challenge hands tingling. The tingling was so slight that I cannot call it tingling. I was breathing very fast for about 2 minutes and all I got was tighness in chest and slight weakness. What should I do to start my hands to tingle? :D :D :D (although I did not challenge my hands to tingle, I am moving forward with the program- is it wrong?)
