Prttypetunia, Welcome to the Panic Center and thanks for sharing your story! Take a tour of our forums, you'll quickly see you're not alone. Many of our members struggle with the same fears about their health. Please follow Diva's advice and start working through our CBT program. It will teach you about panic disorder, your panic cycle and give you strategies and teach you skills to help you in managing your fears. If you have any questions, just ask. We are always here to help. Keep us posted. Danielle ______________________ The PC Support Team

I've been struggling with anxiety and depression for about two years now. Lately things are not going well at all. I've been staying indoors most of the time and it is making me more and more depressed. I just can't seem to get motivated to do things. I live with my boyfriend and we both work from home so that makes it that much harder. I feel like I am driving him crazy with all of my anxieties. I always stress about my health and that is my main trigger. I take little symptoms that are nothing and blow them out of proportion and think I have some horrible disease. I was taking klonopin but felt it wasn't helping things just making them worse. I'm just at the end of my rope with this and just want my life back. Any suggestions or support is greatly appreciated.
