hi Jo PLEASE go see your doctor and this is why i have low blood sugar guess what the symtoms of your blood sugar and a panick attack are very close it is honestly hard for me to tell them apart!! The first thing i do is check my sugar which most of the time if its an attack just getting my mind off the attack helps but if its my sugar then you have to take other steps so again PLEASE talk with your doctor about this!! Jo, Why don't you consult with your doctor about this, he/she will be able to rule out anything medical behind this incident. If low blood sugar was the culprit, then you'll be able to prepare yourself before you go out and reduce the chance of this happening again. Keep us posted and keep persevering, Danielle ____________________________ The PC Support Team

Hey Jo. Your husband could be right about the low blood sugar. I get the same way if I don't eat or drink (especially in the morning). It feels like I'm getting ready to have a panic attack cause the symptoms are the same, but in reality its the lack of food. I keep something in my purse and car at all times. As for backing out of riding the bus....its ok...don't worry yourself too much about it. You got on last week and came out of it ok which means that you CAN get on again and be just fine.
