pains all over

Hi Kitty, It's actually normal for the heart to skip beats every now and then, but us anxiety sufferers just happen to notice it and freak out! Having a nice, full check-up with my doc reassured me that I was the picture of health, so now when I feel something like that, I just ignore it because I know I'm not sick. As for the aches all over, I get it really bad in my upper body, and it's due to being so anxious that I totally tense up without realizing it for long periods of time, hence the pain. I'm trying massages and yoga and herbal teas, oh yeah, and regular stretching (like every 30 mins, i get up from my desk at work and stretch). Good luck! Anxiety symptoms can be so frightening, but they'Re not dangerous.

Dear Kitty, Hi, I hope this helps. I had a month a few months ago where my heart was skipping beats all the time along with chest pain, my EKG and tests were normal. Are you taking any medication?? Believe me Kitty I of all people know what anxiety can cause, it is giving me so many symptoms right now its astounding, I have been to the ER had the paramedics come to my house twice and have been to the Doctor 3 times in the last 3 weeks! I will pray for you, sometimes when I am not getting full-blown panic attacks I still get anxiety symptoms, I found when I do NOT drink coffee or caffeine the skipped heart beats are better. Please let me know how you are doing. I do understand believe me I do. God bless, Debbie.
