Hi outlaw, You are right. Your blood pressure will fluctuate for a variety of reasons, whether it is anxiety, pain, stress, etc... Be sure to follow up with your doctor if you have further concerns with your blood pressure. Casey _________________________________ The Panic Center Support Team

i mentioned this in my post how long etc,but during a attack what was the worst it got.I took my bp over and over just so i would know my heart rate cause it was mid 130's and i was trying to chill i than got a few high readings 155/135,but than like 5 monutes later it was pretty much normal ya know.My bp is always low so it freaked me out and made it worse, this is 5 years later of having this panic attack stuff.i had 3 drs on phone say bp can rise like that with emotions cause i was so high strung still scares me..
