It seems funny that I can't remember life before panic and I am sure there was a point in my life with out it. I find that sometimes the fears can over come you with a sneaking up feeling and before you relize it, it is there.
I was in a resturant the other day for breakfast with my boyfriend and I had to look at him and ask him to squeeze my hand. I needed to be brought back to reality. I find that for no reason I all of a sudden have a moment of numness or un-reality.
This always scares me but I think it is a control issue. I have began to understand some of my symptoms have to do with not having control. I guess this is one to work on.
