There's a program with steps in separate sections,which you can complete with assistance from the online educators and members. A diary, at the toolbar, allows you to enter the information, so you can see it in a graph, and even take it to a helping professional. The program is at the top of the toolbar, under the word "toolbox".
I used the diary today. yesterday my dentist reminded me of my appointment, which I always need help relaxing for, since the cleaning visit is painful. To deal with the discomfort, I get a massage, but the therapist is in an unfamiliar area. I wrote my worries about getting lost, parking problems and other issues in the the diary, and have a record of how I was feeling so I can improve and monitor my behaviour. Some day I'll probably drive to the massage place, so I know how to park comfortably, and not have to worry so much about the future dental appointment, since there's enough concern about the appointment. I've already been worrying about the appointment overnight, so the sooner I work out details, the better I'll sleep, and be able to continue living in other areas of my life.
