There is no failure except in no longer trying. There is no defeat except from within, no insurmountable barrier except our own inherent weakness of purpose.

Accept failure as a normal part of living. View it as part of the process of exploring your world; make a note of its lessons and move on.

It's lack of faith that makes people afraid of meeting challenges, and I believe in myself.

Winners take chances. Like everyone else, they fear failing, but they refuse to let fear control them.

Thanks V.  I couldn't get to my chiropractor, but it seemed better after going to the gym for just a walk on a treadmill, and stretching.

Hi Hugs,

Taking a warm bath with Epsom salts is helpful for sore muscles.  Hope you feel better soon!

Looks like you practise yoga?  What do you do about having a sore back?  I'm probably over-reacting, with delayed muscle soreness onset, but I thought I'd  ask you.  Nice to see you touch base.

If you can't fly then run, if you can't run then walk, if you can't walk then crawl, but whatever you do you have to keep moving forward.

The battle is all over except the "shouting" when one knows what is wanted and has made up his mind to get it, whatever the price may be.

I have often repented of having spoken, but never  of having kept silent.

I wonder if others find it difficult to take a break?

My favourite book, "Sabbath" has a description of a "corrosive myth" which creates the illusion that service to others is a painful & dreary thing.  This myth comes about by the little value society places on resting from the world, especially for those who take care of others, in paid or unpaid work.  There's a perception that our joy and delight may somehow steal from the poor, or add to the sorrows of the those who suffer, weaving that yarn.  "Just as there is time for every purpose...,so is there a time for nourishment and joy, especially among those who would serve...".

The only limits are, as always, those of vision.
