The Start of a New Year!

Hi.

Sunny is off visiting her son and family so I reverted back to my old routine. I did the dishes and cooked and even did laundry on top of my chore which is bring in the firewood. Pets are fed and I am too. I even found some time to spend in my shop. Tomorrow I have to make bread and go shopping. Not a bad way to start the new year. Last day of sunshine, Friday it starts snowing again and Sunny will be back if I have to get on a tractor and clean the driveway.

I am getting stronger each day,and very thankful all is good!
This year...i want to be more of a take charge kind of person...and be kinder to myself!

My mother used to say what you do on the first day of the year you will do all year. In essence now is the time to start a new routine by doing what you need to so you do it all year.
It would be good to extend this to the first day of each month so you stay on track. No back sliding.

Happy New Years Members!

It’s a time for us to consider the changes we want (or need) to make. In the new year many people resolve to better themselves whether it is to get well, get organized, learn something new or help others. Our support groups will help you to realize your resolutions.

How do you plan on getting started this year?
