Thank you for your response and input..I value your opinion and it's ok with me if you mention me in a post as long as it is in  positive light..I have always appreciated your advice and it has helped me a lot..

As for my garden my vegetables plants and getting huge and are starting to produce. I spend the weekend organizing the garage and we are putting a new top on one of the work benches so that I will have a place to cut out my fabric..This bench is tall enough so I will not have to bend over a low table anymore..Which was killing my back..I have been under the weather for a couple of weeks now..and spend all day yesterday laying down with terrible stomach pain..The ulcerative colitis is acting up again and I have been having a lot of pain in my back behind my heart..Anyway I will have to rest for the next few days and will see the Doctor on Wednesday for follow up on my bp meds etc..so I may not be able to post as much as usual until I start feeling better..
Enough about me..I am happy to hear that you will be able to plant you garden soon. I wish I was there listening to your noisy geese this morning..I really do love the geese..You are so lucky to have them..even if they did wake you up..lol lol..
I am looking forward to seeing some pictures of your garden again this year..and of course I do love the pictures of the wild life there on your property too...

I'll talk to you again soon,
Your friend.

Yes I agree and some times I have to debate the merits of the information I supply but mostly in how I supply it. I do tend to tell people where I think they are going wrong or what I think will help. All according to personal experience. And nothing that I do not know for a fact works. I have to work to not use you or Juanita as examples because you both have come so far. But yes we should leave other people out without their permission. A question is one thing. No one has to answer but we should not tell people to. You are right there are no leaders her, not even the moderators. The forum is a place to share information, to vent, and to share experiences. It is group therapy without a leader. It is supposed to be helpful. I would hope that being here to listen to those suffering is helpful. A good part of my "off line" help is just listening and explaining and pointing in the right direction so they get it themselves. It must  work because they keep coming back.

Hope your garden is doing great, I envy your longer season. Another week or so and I can plant some hardy stuff. Geese are noisy this morning, that is why I'm up early.

My response to the analyze of this quote.

I think there are many of us in the group that already do this in the forum and sometimes to the determinate of our own health. Also there is another thing I want to say and that is, I do not find it helpful when I am reading a thread and someone names another member of the group that has not responded to the thread and asks them to respond to and support the member who started the thread..This puts the said mentioned member on the spot. I am really not comfortable with this..

We already have Trained Educators who lead the group and I think it is best if we leave the group leadership to the Educators...

I realize this is only my opinion and other members opinions may differ from mine..

Quote of the Day:
The starting point of all achievement is desire. Keep this constantly in mind. Weak desires bring weak results, just as a small amount of fire makes a small amount of heat.
- Napoleon Hill

This is essentially stating that  we can stoke each others fires internally to propel us towards success!

It would be nice if we could have a quote some time that is not about failure. Or at least not so many. Life is tough enough with out being reminded that I once thought that way. Sorry I don't need the exposure. I think I'll quit reading them.

Quote of the Day:
Failure should be our teacher, not our undertaker. Failure is delay, not defeat. It is a temporary detour, not a dead end. Failure is something we can avoid only by saying nothing, doing nothing, and being nothing.
- Denis Waitley

I'ts great to read a quote by this inspirational man again, since I've read his books before!
To embrace failure is really an inspirational way to start my day, since failure is something I used to dread, connected to my triggers of fear

Just because something doesn't do what you planned it to do doesn't mean it's useless.
- Thomas A. Edison

the down side of this is when we don't discard things and hoard, I suppose

Treating anxiety has been around a long time we just never knew we were doing it.
We think this is a new condition, a personal condition. The only thing new is the volume.
That and the amount of medication to treat it.
