This quote is only partially true. Failure often happens for reasons out of our control. And this is fine, it happens. What is not fine is dwelling on it, that is negative. Pick up the pieces if they are salvageable and get on with it. Life goes on and will do it with out you.

Saint Bartholomew was one of the apostles and preached in India, at that time a very large area. I wonder what he meant by "out there". Was it a religious statement or one meaning there actually is some good in the world. Either way, I believe it to be a truth. You only have to look for it. Unfortunately you need to look now because it is shrinking. History repeats itself, the people of his time were probably not much different than those of our time. Reach out to some one now, you can make a difference.

I start my day by meditating and taking in that quote, for long journey we all take

. What's exciting and enriching about each of those quotes, is that they are usually a unique persons' distillation of their inspiration and learning.

I think we get enriched by each other, but some just have those extra gifts, so who can resist taking in a breath of fresh air

My definitions of life, and negative thoughts, are being changed by these wonderful new "postive" thoughts on a daily basis, as I'm sure others' are, otherwise there wouldn't be so many people viewing, at this point.

Jaybe, I would guess if you did take one quote in a day from these inspirational people, it would be like being mentored by the most motivational people in the world...but you are already on that path, so work with that program, sharing yourself as you need

Hugs4u, That is such a good thought for the day, It is so easy to sell ourself short, sometimes i wonder why we do it? It would be so much healthier to tell ourselves more positive things!
