Write it down

I've had a rough day battling seasonal allergies, among among other things.

There are so many things I wish to do, in terms of goals. I wish I could keep doing though records. Also, I’d like to keep doing my daily affirmations to support my positive belief work(I for the actual name). I have so many lists, not including my to do list. I was attempting to log my gardening and home chores, since they were central. Finally I wish I could write to someone, since I used to like do this, but it’s fallen by the wayside.
There is so much I need to keep up, it’s overwhelming. Being so isolated, i can’t integrate these things, as things were integrated when I worked, and I had the energy from the pulse of each person, so there was a collective energy, even though there were “dark holes” where the culture was toxic.

With Davit back, I think he'll draw the best out of everyone, and maybe more people will venture into posting so we can all help each other

The way I see it is this:

For me, the biggest reason for journaling is to put something positive in my memory that I can draw on after. Second to this is that it is a distraction.

There is not always a way to write things down that is handy. Still you can write it with your finger, in the air or on any available surface. It does the same thing. The other thing is to make a mantra of your thoughts and repeat it. It does the same thing. So there is no excuse for not journaling just because there is no paper or computer handy.

Journaling is the number one means of changing negative to positive, no matter how you do it.

Don't stop journaling because all you come up with is negatives. Add on the end of each one that you know it is a negative and you will end each one positive. Last closed first opened. Soon you will be writing positives. It works.

What thoughts are lurking in the back of your head?  What is troubling you? Write it down.  We spoke about journaling and writing down your thoughts and emotions, yet occasionally, there just isn’t the time, so point form is good!

If you want to get something down on paper use these questions to guide you:

What realizations have you come to recently?
When has your mood changed?
What patterns have you noticed?
How is your mood today?
How are you doing on your goal(s)?
What seems to be working? What doesn’t?

What would you like to write down today?
