Quote of the Day:
Confidence doesn't come out of nowhere. It's a result of something... hours and days and weeks and years of constant work and dedication.
- Roger Staubach

This is why homework is so critical

Hugs

Yeah me too. I have always been my own worst enemy. Some times it has kept me out of trouble.

Quote of the Day:
There is no failure except in no longer trying. There is no defeat except from within, no insurmountable barrier except our own inherent weakness of purpose.
- Elbert Hubbard

I find I am my own worst enemy, sometimes struggling with my expectations instead of reality

Quote of the Day:
Confidence is courage at ease.

If confidence is self-knowledge, then courage will come easily

June 8 quote.

Not so, this is just babble. You can be confident and terrified at the same time. If you want to do an exposure that you are scared to do you can do it if you are confident you can.
Just my opinion. Don't let the lack of courage stop you. You never know till you try. Too many give up to easy.

Hi:   if I fail at something, I'm just going to try again.  Maybe the same way a couple of times to see if I'm doing it wrongly, if not, then try it a different way.  It's called experimenting not failure to me.  And if it still doesn't work, take a break and try when you feel refreshed.  Certainly can be challenging and will teach things such as patience, critical thinking and creativity.

Quote of the Day:
Accept failure as a normal part of living. View it as part of the process of exploring your world; make a note of its lessons and move on.

Taking out the negative connotations is critical

It is interesting how changing how you look at something can change how it is. Take that ugly word failure. If you learn from failure it is no longer failure, it is experience, a much more acceptable word.

So many roads, so many forks, so many chances to fail. So many chances to learn. Don't let failures rule your life. Make use of the experience.

But it is a learning experience!  What you get from it is important. Not to say "I'm a failure" but "I failed this time". Failure can be a very positive experience if you treat it as a lesson in how not to do it again. Failure is only failure if we make the same mistake over and over. If we try something different and move on then failure becomes a successful lesson.

This whole program is about change. Changing negative to positive. Changing attitudes. Changing beliefs. Along the way there will be some failures in the process of learning. This often happens when trying some thing new or different. The object is to change and learn from them.

Just my thoughts.

What if I could see failure as a learning experience?
