Thanks Hugs4U,

I'll be in Central Florida, closer to Mickey Mouse :)  But, I'm looking forward to it, because I'm a big kid at heart :)

Gee Shari,
I just think of those juicy oranges, the Miami suits and skyline, and sun, sun, sun!  The obsessive part of me would probably look for plywood on sale for those windy spats...enjoy

Hi,

I've lost 10 lbs. and have kept it off for two months now.  I plateaued at 8 lbs., but kept going with the healthy lifestyle change and was excited to see that, although it took time, that another 2 lbs. has come off.  I only have 14 more to go, but I'm confident that I'll reach my goal weight.  There are more outdoor activities and exciting things to do in Florida, so I'm sure the weight will come off easier with all of the walking around and additional activities I will be participating in.

I wonder if anyone would share their daily highlight of the day?  Olympians are going for gold, but so are we in some way, every day, as we hurdle over obstacles, train for the difficult, and try to reach our personal best?

Today I wrapped my knees, for the first time in years, since I'm supposed to, but never bother.  My skin will look great after a week, and I'll have fewer problems!
