Hi i am from Ontario Canada, have had panic disorder since i was 12 and i am 40 so i have had it for a long time. Until i was 16 we didn't know what was happening to me, and it still scares the hell out of me. I will it would just go away..I have had a down couple of weeks unsure why...i am also on 30mg of paxil, I do not want to increase my dose. Does anyone find when the season changes their panic get worse? Thanks
