This is good, this is very good. I use my workshop the same way. My favourite tool is the lathe because I can be creative without getting too complicated. I'm sure what you are going to do will work the same way. And look how much good it does me. You sound much better. I'm hoping you will give me the names of what you cook so I can try it. My mother was French but my father English.

I try to be creative in my struggles, as if i sit to much,i think to much..so i am learning a new hobby i like!
I love to cook,and in winter months theres not alot to do outside,so today i am going to learn to cook French!!!
It will keep me busy learning what i enjoy!
I am also feeling better about going out on my own to shop...iam happy about that! as now i dont panic as much as before..i stop,take a deep breath,ask myself to slow down,relax,iam ok, and get back to doing!
