Individual session layouts - How are they for you?

Carmie,
I'd be embarassed to say how many years i've been seeing someone. Hopefully no -one sees what i'm doing as "impressive".  I've come a long, long way though.  It's more like a diary, and I've always needed "structure", especially with the conditions.

I struggle with the structure of the homework too, and the detail.  The alternative pales, though, doesn't it

I struggle with this component of the homework (The writing things down).  I am pretty faithful about the symptom tracker.  I like Hugs suggestion and will try organizing homework better using Word documents.

Great topic Hugs,

I am interested in hearing what other members have to add.

I wonder how others have their individual treatments laid out?

For a long time, what I've done is report on my homework at the beginning of the session.  I've usually collected stuff that happens during the week, including thought records, which I'll discuss.  Since I use a computer, I usually wordprocess something daily, and then have a printed paper which I copy for my doc.

I'll have headings like:
Summary of last week
Social outings("exposures")
Worries
New Posts(on this site)
Physical issues(eg. pigeons are cooing on the window sill causing me to wake early)
Caregiving
Self-care

Once I bought in my computer to show the progress of a home renovation, since it combined my taking courses in home renovation, camera use and contracted people to do the work.

Anybody have a different approach?
