Bren

The first objective will make all others easier. EG. If you think positive about yourself you will walk tall and feel happy and enjoy your suroundings instead of shuffling along with your mind elsewhere and working into poor posture.

Hello Bren. I think the second and third objectives are OK but you need to work more on the first objective.

Think in this way: If you felt more positive about yourself what you would be doing differently.

Hi Bren,

Glad to hear you are feeling better and thinking positive.

Overcoming anxiety is a broad and exciting goals.  In order to maintain your motivation and drive Eleveno is right; using a SMART goal is a good practice to follow.  Do you have any idea what your first SMART goal can be?

Hello Bren. I think you should  have more specific goals. For example, you must think in what you could be doing if you do not have so much anxiety, and then start from there to write your goals.

Remember the SMART principle for writing objectives.
