Feeling sad

13 years ago 0 659 logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo 0
Yes I do.  Like when reading the thread on handling death..It brings back all the saddness I feel over the people I have lost in my life..I do miss them all...
I don't get mad at myself for feeling sad though..I think saddness and sorrow is a normal part of life...The tricky part is not letting it take over and control your life..

I thought I was doing really well until last week.  One day I was just so sad that all I did was cry.  I guess that is part of the process to help with my depression.  I was really mad at the fact that I was acting like that & I felt hopeless.  Does anyone have days like this?
