Davit and Debit:  Here! Here!  I second that.  Well done.  Anticipatory anxiety is one of my stressors, so I know about that. Thank you for sharing, Davit and my very best wishes for a speedy recovery.  Give yourself a big reward.  You did it!

Hello every one.

I have just completed a huge exposure. Huge for me because of the arthritis making it hard to get around and the broken fibula didn't help and then the residual Staph infection all added up to,"I don't want to do this." But I bit the bullet and did it. There were some complications and the weather was not good. Had to get up at 3:00 Get cleaned and dressed and Travel 3 hours. Then a 2 hour wait before the operation, then 5 hours in recovery.

I had all my teeth pulled out. Something that needed doing for a long time. Some thing that The anticipation anxiety had me in tears over many a time as it kept having to be put off because of the staph infection. It actually went well. Absolutely no panic.

I know I am a bit ahead of most of you. But see it can be done.
Snowing like crazy now,  I'm Going to have a cup of tea and hug my cats and rest and enjoy my success. This was a big one.

Here for you,
Your friend
Davit
