Just what I needed today, was so ready to get started on living my life when unexpected things popped up, mostly getting the flu and my Son realizing what he finally wanted to do with his life so he moved back home and re-arranging  living situations and finances. Don't get me wrong I am more than happy to help my son realize his goals,(we always want better for our children)  but just wondering when my turn comes? I was settled in my life and finally got my home and furniture arranged the way I like it and had a routine going. Everything is disrupted now.
Just reading my post I realized the living situation does not change anything, I will have to make adjustments but my goal is still the same. Tomorrow is a new day and every day is a new start! Sometimes it really helps to put things in writing to see that furniture placement and routine does not rule my life. I DO !

Members,

We all have good and bad days. On good days it seems that we are motivated to conquer the world but on bad days it’s easy to not even move from bed. Finding motivation to overcome your fears can be hard on good days but even harder on bad days. We all know the benefits of being in control of our fears; self approval, a sense of accomplishment, enjoyment… just to mention a few but it can just be hard to find the enthusiasm to get there some days.

Some ways to keep on plan is to organize activities for yourself to do, both pleasurable activities and activities that give you a sense of accomplishment. Some ideas are donating to a good cause, going to the gym, helping your kids with their homework.  There are plenty of other ways to get motivated to seize each and everyday too. Please share with us how you’ve kept motivated on those not so good days.
