Things have been going okay. I talked to my doctor and we found a loop hole in the system, to get another opinion of a psychological assessment. (Yay).
Everything is going well with the breathing exercises, they are actually helping, and I have stopped numerous (possible) panic attacks. The fear is still there, but it seems almost tolerable. I have appointments coming up to see another therapist, to get me through, and also adjusted my medication. The girlfriend is doing well, and I haven't even unfairly yelled at her. All about communication right?
