One Step a time

Hi everyone,
See my new avatar? My latest success.
Its me, on that wharf   that I  told you about...I  have been working on the exposure.... I did what  Davit suggested..... kept it to myself.....its hard to make out that its me...cause its so far, but you can see the water and get the idea....
I was fine, no anxiety at all...did it by myself 3 times...hubby snapped the picture. He wasnt even at the other end...our camera is not that good...its too far.... so he had to come in a bit closer.
There were no starfish this time....and its freezing out...but I did it, and its a wonderful feeling!
To all the new people out there...its that old but true cliche....if I can do it, so can you! Believe!

Red

Love the quilt, love the colours. It makes foraying out in the world worth it. Just like your progress, one little square at a time.

Here for you,
Your friend
Davit.

Update

I put up this picture to show the progress I am making with the program here.  I have constructed this quilt top from many small squares and am almost ready to assemble it and finish this project.  This journey into the outside world has been a exciting and tough journey.  I have learned many things about living in the world out there and I am still learning.  On this journey working the cbt program here, I have learned what my fears are and then went on to face my fears one by one. I am still learning and will continue to learn though out the rest of my life....because of this experience I am able to enjoy some of the things the world has to offer out there.....I am learning how to live and survive in the world out there...I am beginning to enjoy my life without anxiety and fear.  I want to let you know it does get better with time and hard work...You can have a better life if you work the program here.  The tools are waiting for you in your tool box....All you have to do is get started..

Moving onward and Forward,

Red

Wow Red, Gorgeous! And you are so right with taking things one step at a time, and taking the time to  really absorb it. Great advice!
