Anerol:  CONGRATULATIONS - Well done!  Give yourself a big reward. Very happy for you.

Davit:  Welcome Home!  Bet you're glad to be back and your cat is happy to see you.  Hope your recovery time at home won't be long for you.
I just got back from the hospital myself, last night.  My BP acting up for about 3 days, way too high, finally gave in and let someone drive me to the hospital.  I have another pill to take which should help.  Gotta be quiet for a few days and I have to admit, I do have some anxiety.  Being sick makes me feel vulnerable and I don't like it.  As usual it is the chest pressure for me, but had ecg and blood work done and there is no damage to heart or kidneys.  That was a big relief and I felt calmer. I hope you feel calmer too now that you are home.  Take good care, take it easy.

Good Morning Davit,

Welcome home from the hospital and congratulations on making it through this ordeal.  Having to be in the hospital again is a hard one to handle and you were able to get through it.  This is a Major Achievement.  I hope to be as strong as you are
some day.

It's good to see you home again !!!

Anerol!!! This is amazing!  I am so happy for you and so proud of you.  Driving on the highway can be scary for anyone and you did it!  How does it feel knowing that now you know you can do it?

anerol!

My congratulations also. The road may still be bumpy and you may still find some rough patches but it is going in the right direction and so are you. What you have done is terrific in more ways than by one. By posting your accomplishment you give hope to all those silent people reading this. I have just come back from the hospital and this is the best news I could have.

I was able to be in the car(I wasn't driving) when it was on the freeway on Saturday. It was a 30 min. drive and it has been a long time since I was on the freeway. I was nervous most of the time but I didn't have an attack. I was able to get off the car after that, even though my legs were shaky and I was able to have a normal conversation with the person I had to meet... and I even waited for her. The drive home felt quicker but I was still nervous but no attacks at all and I felt really excited. For a long time, I didn't want to believe things would get better, because I didn't want to get disappointed but, I felt like I can believe again. The other thing is that I knew I can make it this time. Before, I always decided that I couldn't make it, but now, I know that I can get to a place and accept that it may or may not come with anxiety. And I did it!
