Hi Davit,
I knew you would be able to do it. Thanks so much for sharing, it really makes me happy.
"It is me causing it and it is me making it go away and it will be me making it stay away." I like this very much and it is very true.

For sure, Davit.  You have climbed mountains!  Anxiety is so overpowering, so when we beat it, it's no small victory.  It is a HUGE victory!
I have to echo your thoughts about the people here being an inspiration.  When I was on here a few years back (at my worst), I found that it was the positive posts that kept me in check and made me realize that it was possible to live a life where I didn't have to stress about the next time I was going to have an attack.
There is a whole world out there that offers so much for the soul and when we allow ourselves to revel in it, the rewards are beyond words.  I go back to my Disneyland experience.  Instead of buckling under the stress of panic, I got to enjoy the sights, smells, sounds, and overall magic of the place.  I got to be excited when my kids were and I didn't miss anything because I wasn't dwelling on the panic.  Life can be so stunningly beautiful when we look at it through positive eyes.
So, as Davit has said: be panic free, everyone.
You deserve it!!!

Like wise you people are my inspiration.
I have pretty well made it. There is little left but to see you all make it. I want to see all of you become what you want and do what you want panic free. I still can't believe I am this free. The odd time I wonder if it is for real which is silly and I tell myself that because it is for real and I intend to make it for ever. I Am now doing things for exposure that I have avoided or just couldn't before and finding little or no problem. I also have this weird feeling that this never happened to me. But there is a lot of written proof that it did.

I wanted to let you know that I think it is very good of you to come on here and post your story in order to help others.  This is a very brave and selfless thing to do on your part.  It shows how far you have come on your journey to get rid of your panic. It lets everyone know that they can succeed and rid themselves of panic. I can totally understand how taking a rest in the Psych ward would be beneficial and give you incite into the problem.  I also have some personal experience with this.  Their is no shame in getting help where and when you need it.  I too think this is a very curable and manageable condition.  I also want to tell everyone Don't give up you can get better.
You have had to endure a lot Davit with your physical illness and it is quite remarkable that you have been able to to stay panic free and deal with all the anxiety related to your pain and still come on here and help people.   I hope your infection clears up soon.  I will be praying for you as always.

Yes it was. Even when I had to find a place to sit or when I was embarrassed to be hobbling around the stores ( my legs are real weak right now ) I still didn't lose it. I was polite and I remembered to smile and say thank you when people held the door for me. When I got home my hired man was still here so he made supper for us. Usually I don't like people around when I'm tired but even that was OK. At one time it was thought that I had a social phobia but it must be something else because I don't seem to have it now.

The point is that I was at one point so messed up that suicide seemed like the only way out. And I am not ashamed to say I was committed to the Psych ward for a rest till I got it out of my head. See I'm not even embarrassed to admit it. I just want people to know how bad I was and how good I am now. And I will be a lot better when I get rid of this infection. I still had panic attacks when I left there and panic was the biggest reason I lies my way out of there. It is not anything like you think. It really is a good place to go for a rest, it just is not home. I left there with the determination to learn every thing about this condition and to get rid of all the misconceptions. Number one being that this is not a disease. It is a curable condition as you can see by me. I still think that anyone with the will and determination to be panic free can be. Never give up!

Davit.
