And the goal of the week goes to...

I wonder how you deal with depression? Almost nothing helps me .. just that miracle. I can shut myself up and talk to no one for weeks. The only thing that saves is drawing. I can draw flowers all day in my notebook . And the most interesting thing is that during the depression, the only thing that I manage to draw beautifully is flowers. Here is my drawing, I will be glad to your assessment)!369575zN-M7x9xksxONdV1W4JatuS5_3hZIcx0.jpg

Red.

You are too right!  Made my pledge for today. Harder to break if I write it down but I won't beat myself up if I don't manage each day.

Yes I have.  In my tool box and also in Mod's corner under the thread titled Pledge for the week.
I find this is a good way to set goals for myself and it helps to keep me motivated and if I don't meet my goals I can then analyze why and repeat these goals or I can change them all together if I need  to or want to.  Everyones goals are unique to them just like we are all unique individuals and are at different points in the program with own issues to deal with.  I do not think goal setting should be a completion.  I think that everyone goals are valid and important.  I do feel goal setting is a important aspect of the program but that you do not have to post them to make them valid or important.  These are my feeling on this and I wanted  to express my freedom of speech and post this.  Which I have just done and I feel good about it.   Another goal meet today.   I am not going to be afraid to speak out.

This week's goal of the week goes to Trixie. Their goals are to:

1. Exercise at least 5 times a week, including going to use that gym membership I'm paying for, so that I will work off this excess energy and enjoy good health.
 2. I would like to shop again freely and just have a great time with no limitations. Life is so much more fun when I can live it fully.
 3. I want to be able to travel without worry. I can do long road trips, but I want to go to Belgium to meet my penpal again and shop in Paris! I just want to do all these things without giving them a thought. I'd like to go to Hawaii someday, too! :)

Members, have you been setting goals for yourselves?
