I wanted to list another book that I found very helpful when dealing with grief and despair

Getting to the other side of grief.   Overcoming the loss of a Spouse.

Authors:  Susan J. Zonnebelt-Smeenge, R.N., Ed.D.
               Robert C. De Vries, D.Min., Ph.D.

This book taught me how to go through the valley and come out on the other side of grief
I hope it can help someone else in need

Davit,

Yes the name of the book is Boundaries it is one that says:  Boundaries in bold caps  When to Say Yes  When to Say No  To Take Control of Your Life on the front cover and the authors are Dr. Henry Cloud and Dr. John Townsend.  It is a spiritual based book but don't let that scare you off.  It is written by 2 psychologists and was recommended to me by a counselor during one of the darkest times in my life.  They have a series of books.  I found mine at Barnes and Noble.  I just noticed on the inside back cover that they have a web site CloudTownsenddotcom  I have not checked it out yet to see if it is still there. This book might also be found at a Christian book store.  The publisher is Zondervan .  Good luck in your search for this book.  I hope you find it helpful.  I know I sure did.

Hello ladybird.

I down loaded "Monday again?" and burnt it to disc to pass it on to someone who I think can use it. It is not really relevant to me since I am retired, but to any one having trouble with work I think it could help.

Thank you for posting the info. All I needed was the title to down load it. Will go looking for your other book.

Well my favorite is the book boundaries.  It taught my how to say no and that I am not responsible for everything and everyone else's happiness or sadnesses, successes or failures, weather people live or die.  If things go wrong for someone else it is not my fault .  It is ok to say no and set boundaries with people if you want to be happy and survive.   This book really opened up my eyes and changed my life.  I should read it again as a refresher.

Hi

I've mentioned it before Susan Jeffers book "Feel the Fear and Do it Anyway" actually starting to read it again.  Learn outloud .com does audio books and one I got off it was "Monday Again" can't remember the author but it was a free download and I put it on my mp3 and listen when I'm cleaning or out a walk.
