karla,

Print off the worksheets and do the homework this way.  You can sit on the couch or in a comfortable chair and position.  Take some relax time and give yourself time to rest.  One step at a time, let us assist you!

Hi Karla, I don't know if i've every replied to you before anywhere else on here or not. My mind is so blank or something most of the time, i can't remember who I reply to and who I don't. I can't imagine being in your shoes right now. I don't want to try to drag you down by saying that. I know how hard it is with anxiety and not being pregnant. Luckily for me I guess mine started just after my baby's birth 18 months ago. It started small and went huge all in 18 months. I never knew the thoughts I was having after he was born were anxious thoughts.

You have me really wondering about the remedy. Wondering if it's safe to take while taking medication for anxiety. You know I have stomach problems with my anxiety. Sometimes I feel like I'm gonna vomit, then I get thinking I can't vomit, i'll pass out. I never did before, so why would I now. And pregnancy definetly can cause sickness. I know that when I was pregnant with my daughter I had it every waking moment til she was born. She was born early. With my son, it only lasted about the second and third month. And like you said you might just be thinking it is making you feel sick. When I take a new medicine for the first time as soon as I swallow it, I think it made things worse and it problably hasn't even reached my stomach yet. LOL! This is all crazy as you know.

hi

iv got anti-sickness tablets at the moment so i didnt talk to my pharmicist as i dont really want to mix anything together.

im really struggling at the moment as i cant really spend much time on the computer as it makes me feel sick and dizzy so i cant do my sessions. im finding iv been alot more panicky since being pregnant and if im not panicking im feeling ill or having a migrane, i no this might sound selfish but i just dont feel i get a break and am finding it very hard to cope. i just see myself being unhappy for the rest of my life struggling with panic attacks till the day i die. i dont no if these are my hormones everywhere which is making it harder. im still waiting to hear from my midwive and doc wrote to them on the 22nd jan!!!

thanks for listening

Hey Karla,

Did you get to talk to your doctor or pharmacist today? And how are you doing?

Hi Ya Karla:

Hope you are feeling better.  I agree with checking with your pharmacist or doctor tomorrow, I'm sure they will put your fears to rest.

Hi Karla,
I used to take Bach nature remedy when I was on my way to counselling, and found it really helped.I take it occasionally now if I have an interview or exam that I'm worried about. There shouldn't be any side effects with it, maybe you are just looking for some ? I don't mean that unkindly, but the mind is very powerful and can play all sorts of tricks on us. We're stronger than that tho', it won't make you feel sick honestly, try to distract yourself, and try to forget that you've taken it. I'm guessing your bumpy ride, and not eating didn't help ! Try to eat anything that you can, Complan if necessary, just to have some food intake. It will all take time, but you will get there, honestly.
Good luck.

are doctors round here do not work on sunday, you have to go to A and E for emergency and the local chemist is not open either but i think ill go there tommorow and ask otherwise i no what i am like ill associate it to panic attacks when it proberly does the complete opposite! my partner had some and it did not make him ill. it was after a long bumpy care journey and hadnt eaten much so that is a possibilty while i was ill.

thanks for advice and listening :)
