This message is to inform you that you the new PC 3.0 is ready and we are now accepting new registrants.
 
If you would like to continue working with Panic Center 2.0 you can do so.  You will find the link to PC 2.0 on the home page of PC 3.0. It's on the bottom right side of the page.
 
Before starting to work with Panic 3.0, you will need to register.  If you have registered to PC 2.0, you will need to register with a new email address.
