Don't be sorry, Diva.  Be here when you're here, no worries for when you have things to take care of.  We all have em!

Anyway, I think going through this situation by myself helped me.  The rest is just how worked up I was during the episode. It forced me to face myself just that much more, which was really intense at the time...but even more rewarding afterwards.

Im-a doin-a great-a now-a!

Hello Jhori,

Sorry I came to this thread after everything was over but I see others were here to help. Isn't this site great? And how are you today?

Thanks Miki and Gene.  Gotta agree, the anger was empowering, and definitely better then anxiety.  Thanks for seeing I care about it as well, your words definitely helped improve my "quality of life" mood.

Hi jhori82

We all have those days bud. Don't know about you but sometimes anger is a nice alternative to panic and anxiety. Anxiety can be so confidence destroying whereas anger is empowering so it can actually feel good. I often feel so insecure at work but if you feel that way it's because you care and are trying to improve yourself and deliver a quality service. This makes you so much better than most of the other 9 to 5ers who just want to "clock" in.

Hey Joe,
Glad to hear you're doing better after venting! It sounds like you did the best you can to me

Thanks you two.  I think I just needed to vent.  After I wrote that, I felt a whole lot better.

Lol, and I don't mind that you read this, I just wrote that because it was more to vent out then anything.
The anger demon is long gone now!
