Aha, the little things do build up, Dee.  I love it!

Gene:  losing fear of fear has led me to challenge myself so much more.  The attitude readjustment was definitely a phenomenal part of my growth.  Cheers to the hard times, they teach you the most!

Thank you both for the compliments as well

Hi Joe

Just like me. The after effect isn't so big anymore. That is real progress. If you begin to loose your fear of fear then you are doing very well.

Thanks everybody!

After my other vent post, I felt better.  It's almost as if the "after-taste" that comes from a panic attack is shortening substantially.  I almost feel like I can do this now...

Your 'recovery' is amazing . I have had a few setbacks along the way as we all do . But have found i get over them faster , only because i tell myself that its only one day im feeling like this tommorrow is another one sort of thing .

Anger , yep do that as well , like you never at anyone around me . I take myself away and work it out physically (cooking or housework oh the joy) . Find that helps me in two ways , i get the anger out and accomplish chores so bonus ! Also have been known to blast out the music and sing top of my voice , now theres a sight  . But it helps .

Your progression is amazing!  Good for you for challenging those thoughts and reach above them. Taking a walk to cool and calm down is another exercise that you might like to try! Continue using the exposure therapy to get you comfortable with the situation and continue posting your success'!

Great job! Hospitals and ERs are generally already a scary place to be and for us with anxiety, we don't want to go there unless it will cure our anxiety!
I'm glad you can see how much you've progressed!

Felt so flusteredly frustrated for a bit there...went for a drive to cool off and it wore down the anger.  And I'm not the violent type, so being angry only gives me the right to not take anything too personal...when I'm angry at least.  Though I'm still interested for future reference about methods of facing the fire other then my method of burning myself.
