Hi, wondered where the post went:) Yes I bike alone, I have a backpack thing called a Camelbak and you fill it with water and it has a hose thing you just suck the water out so I can go as far or as close to home as I feel, and I wont run out of water.  I also took some trail mix with and my cell phone and purse incase I made it to a coffee shop.   When I got home I decided to go out again, so I went the opposite way, It was quite hard on the legs the second time, but I just pushed and got quite far in the opposite direction.  I stopped and sat in the shade and ate my trailmix for about 20 mins, this is the first time I have been out and sat by myself away from home in ages, I just enjoyed the breeze, and  I was thinking of you guys and how you'd enjoy to hear that.  Then I came home, it felt really good to do that.   I mainly bike by myself, As I dont drive much I enjoy the bike, it gives me independance.

I have moved this to the Success Story forum, because that is what it is!   Good for getting physically active and challenging yourself to work through your fears.   Keep up the good work!

Hi, I went for a bike ride, I usually stay within a certain area where i feel comfy, today I went out of it a bit, i decided to try bike to the library.  I went out of my little neighbourhood area, and that was the main thing,  I didnt go too far, but i went down a big hill, then came back up and went around my little neighbourhood, biked up a bit of  a hill, then came home..i will go out again shortly, just came in to sit down as my legs are shaking from the hill..heh.
I was pleased with that small effort:)
